Here at phnxSKN, we appreciate your patronage and we’re committed to providing an excellent experience each time you visit phnxSKN. Our goal is to provide you with thee best corrective SKNcare treatments possible; in order to do so, we have established the following policies to benefit you, our most valued guest, and to protect our staff, as we strive to become your preferred corrective SKNcare studio here in New Orleans.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

FIRST TIME CLIENT GUIDELINES

A valid credit card is required upon booking. Appointments require a deposit of 50% upon booking; you will be charged when you book your appointment. If your deposit payment is declined your appointment will be canceled. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Virtual Consultations are NOT REQUIRED for first time clients however they are encouraged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE BE KIND AND RESPECT OUR TIME

We understand that your schedule can change; we request that you inform us of your plans to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional charge within the 24HR period. Appointments canceled within the 24HR period will bear no penalties however all deposits will be forfeited.

LATENESS

Please be aware that if you are more than 10 MINUTES late for your appointment the remaining time is not sufficient to complete your service; we will reschedule your appointment after 100% of the service charge has been deducted. If you do not arrive within 15 MINUTES of your appointment, it will be considered A NO CALL/NO SHOW and you will be charged 100% of the service fee using your card on file; if the payment is declined your booking privileges will be SUSPENDED until FULL PAYMENT is received.

We value and respect your time and choice in choosing phnxSKN as your esthetics salon. Should we need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen events with less than 24HRS notice, we will discount your next identical service with 10% off the service charge. We will timely reschedule your appointment based on your convenience.

REFUNDS

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS at phnxSKN.

You can call or edit your appointment up to 24HRS to cancel; we will reschedule for you based on your convenience and use your payment for the new appointment. However, if you do not call to cancel or reschedule within 24HRS, you will lose any payment you've already made (deposits, credits) and be charged in FULL for the service. If you are unsatisfied with any service received contact us at phnxSKN immediately so we can attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

PRIVACY & RIGHT OF REFUSAL POLICY

Here at phnxSKN will not give or sell your information to any third party companies. Client data is stored in a secured electronic database for your protection. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason we deem necessary.

SPA ENVIRONMENT

To receive the full splendor of your treatment service we would like to suggest that you please turn your cell phone to silent mode while inside of phnxSKN. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items while you are at the spa. Children & accompanying guest are prohibited in the phnxSKN treatment room during your experience. Please make arrangements for them so you can relax free of distraction.

SANITATION AND SAFETY

The treatment area is cleaned, sanitized and sterilized, including doorknobs and the examination table. Equipment and implements are cleansed and sterilized with hospital grade disinfectants or are made to be disposable. Food is prohibited inside of phnxSKN. Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities. phnxSKN is a smoke free environment.

GRATUITY

Tips are appreciated but not expected at phnxSKN. Tipping occurs at our client’s discretion. They may be left in the form of cash or credit. Clients tend to leave between 18-25% of the original price of a service. Tips can not be pulled from gift cards unless specified on the card.
